Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins Statement on October 7th Attack

“Today, we pause to remember the innocent lives lost in the horrific terrorist attacks of October 7. That October day has become a day of remembrance for those who were murdered and for the loved ones who continue to carry the weight of that tragedy. The grief of our Jewish neighbors, friends and relatives remain as real today as it was three years ago.

Even in moments of profound disagreement, we must never lose sight of our common humanity. As we mark this solemn anniversary, we remember the victims of October 7, and we continue our calls for a future where peace and understanding prevail over violence and fear."
