Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins Statement on Passover

“As many begin to observe Passover, it’s a time to reflect on a story that has endured for generations and continues to carry meaning today. Passover speaks to resilience and the pursuit of freedom, but it also calls on us to be mindful of the world around us. Many are celebrating this year while also carrying concern for loved ones or events unfolding beyond their communities. That awareness is part of what makes this holiday meaningful. It reminds us to lead with understanding and to stay connected to the values that bring people together. Wishing all who are observing a meaningful and peaceful Passover. Chag Pesach Sameach.”
