“As we mark the beginning of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we recognize the many ways the AAPI community continues to shape and strengthen Westchester County. Across our neighborhoods, schools and local businesses, their contributions are part of the everyday growth of our community.

This month is an opportunity to reflect not only on that impact, but also on the experiences and stories that often go unheard. It reminds us of the importance of understanding one another and building a community where everyone feels seen and respected. Westchester is proud to stand with our AAPI residents and celebrate the role they play in moving our County forward.”
