County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “We want to ensure residents and contractors can easily access the help they need from our Consumer Protection team. By offering scheduled office hours, we can provide personalized assistance while helping applicants move through the process more efficiently.”
Department of Consumer Protection Director James Maisano said: “Our goal is to make it easier for residents and contractors to work with our office. These appointments allow our staff to walk applicants through the contractor licensing process and review application materials so people can submit complete and accurate applications, which will expedite the process.”
For those who prefer to submit materials in person, a secure drop box is also available at the security station on the first floor of the County office building, where application packets and supporting documents can be delivered for review. And as always, you can forward documents to this office by regular or overnight mail.
